Just built this frame up over the weekend, I switched from a '08 Cervelo R3 frame with Enve 1.0 fork. Heard too many good things about this frame not to give it a go (shop discount doesn't hurt). I know the steerer tube spacers are awful but I sized down on this frame and haven't dialed in my fit just yet.

Looks good!! I recently bought a Tarmac in the OPQS colors after riding a 2012 Allez (HTC-Highroad colors) for three years. Havn't sold the Allez yet, I still like it! :-) And the E5 should be even better!

I would be interested to hear your thoughts on ride quality and difference between the Cervelo and new school aluminum.

Nice buildup! No hate from me about the spacers. If you need them (fit wise), use them. Let your fitness do the talking instead.

After about 200mi on this frame I have to say I love it, like it more than I did my Cervelo. Handles and fits amazing! New school aluminum is here!
