3T 130mm stem = 129gr (incl 6 titanium bolds)
3T 44cm Handle bar = 193gr

Total 322gr

My 44cm 130mm FSA plasma is 372gr...

So saves 50gr and to my opinion looks cooler ;-)

Anybody knows why they put 2 blanc & round spokes to the Hyperon Ultra 2 wheels? See pic above...

I believe the heavier round spokes are used to offset/counter the weight of the tire valve, resulting in a more balanced wheel.
