I don't have any weight loss plans, but i plan too put some blue ESI grips on it.
If the rims are too week for my racing style, i will put som ENVE 29er rims on it.

Thats cool, I actually plan to get the ZTR Crest wheels for mine when I have the money.

I hate you haha. Gorgeous bike, very well done.

The ESI grips are light and have great grip but they cut up soooo easily.

I will upload some better pictures of the bike.

I like the crest rims, but they are very flexy. But i prefer lower weight instead of stiffness.

I didnt think the Crest ZTR rims were flexy, considering on BikeRadar they say that withstand quite a lot of abuse.

Since I dont do any competitive riding, I think they will be fine for me, also price wise they aren't too expensive.

Always good to hear different opinions though.

The Crests are pretty flexy, but they take the abuse pretty well. I've been beating on mine for 7 months now and they're holding up alright. I'm having an issue with the rear hub and can't figure it out, yet...

I have a set of Crests built on Hope Pro II's with Sapim spokes. I will say they are more flexy than my Velocity VXC's, White Industries hubs, DT comp spokes. But they have withstood a full season of normal riding and a couple of races. I built mine up with the plan of riding them in nice weather and run a set of Maxxis Ikons on them and have WTB Bronsons on the Velocity set for bad weather conditions. I think if you have them built well and tensioned up, they can work quite well. Hell, I weigh in at 175 lbs/87.5 kg and mine are still rolling straight and strong.

Nice bike btw! Hell, there's still room to drop weight if you choose to do so!
