very nice, if only the electrics could be removed, then it would be perfect!

sadly haven't got to ride it in new form yet but have a 105km sportif a week on saturday which should be a good test of the set up and will try to weight her before then...oh and some better photos to post here and send to the guys at Firefly!

I loved it before and now I am really pleased with the new parts.

Looks like the Di2 routing goes through the headtube. How does that work? Usually it goes in through the downtube. Do the wires just sit next to the fork?

Wiring does go through the head tube. Kevin did express concern re wear on the cable but it is, in my opinion, a negligeable risk. It is an oversized head tube with a tapered fork so there is actually a lot of space in there. Also how much do we actually steer by turning our bars on the road compared to leaning, I suggest not much it is not like having the wire running exposed through a bb with 90+ rpm. Finally, if it wears out then I'll replace it, I personally reckon it will be years and it will be time for a new group set by then anyway!

Ps I think it looks much neater and see this sort of wiring pattern as a nice added benefit of di2.

I can't see it being an issue either and it does look clean. Kudos again - Firefly is definitely on my short list (which seems to get longer all the time).

As a fellow FF Ti Road owner, I find your bike pretty stunning. My frame isn't quite as light (1,380 g with a 53.5 ST c-c) and my components aren't quite at your level, but man those guys know how to make a bike. [ bit.ly/SEZogF I'm new here so don't have enough posts to embed a photo]

Cheers

weighed her in current guise - 6.47kg (from 15.01lbs or 6.82kg) - this is with:
FF Ti frame (1213g)
3T Rigida Ltd fork 1 1/8" to 1 1/5" tapered (324g uncut)
Chris King headset (134g)
3t ergonova LTD 40cm bar (178g)
3t ARX LTD 100mm stem (116g)
Debadged SRAM red 2012 170mm bb30 w/praxis 53/39 (514g)
Shimano Di2 Groupset (fr mech. 116g, rr mech.214g (probolt hanger bolt, enduro ceramic jockey wheels), sti's 130g*2, rr brake 150g, fr brake 151g, 11-23 cassette 170g, 7900 pedals 248g)
Debadged ZIPP 202 tubs w/conti competition 22/25s (fr 487g, rr 612g, tubs inc valve extenders & glue 579g)
Carbon ti skewers (35g)
Ratio seatpost binder (11g)
Ratio fr mech hanger (5g)
Edge/Calfee Di2 seat post (27.2*230 zero offset, 201g)
Prologo Scratch Nack saddle (168g)
King Ti cages*2 (28g*2)
SRAM PF30 bb
K-edge chain catcher (12g)

Actually not quite - new stem cap should arrive tomorrow to match the carbon ti skewers which will put her bang on 14.25lbs/6.465kg which I think is pretty damn good :D
