Here are some pictures and weights of my Kuota Kharma budget build, sourced mainly from Ebay. Not the lightest frame at 1350g, but I managed to get it down a little bit. My goal was to get the bike under 7000g. The last thing to come on was the new Easton EC90 Aero bars.

When I got the frame, it looked like the frame was built up but I don't think it was ever ridden. I thought I was getting a medium, but turned out to be a large. Oh well, love the looks of the Kharma. I am using a 90mm stem and it is very comfortable. Here is the build list and costs vs retail.

Looks race-ready.

Have you been fit to it?

Cages are temporary. They were left over from my previous bike.
I have not fitted the bike, but working at a bike shop 15 years ago, I kind of understand the fitting of a bike. Difference between a M and L is 1.5 cm in top tube length.

Hey cool, my Kharma is around 7kg as well.

Unfortunately I find the shallow wheels and skinny fork aren't the best match for the beefy frame, but the bike sure rides nicely, doesn't it.

I saw your bike posted last year. Very nice. I love the shape of the kharma and the uniqueness. I do have the original fork and 85mm carbon tubulars, but that setup is not too weight weenie at 7800g.
