lovely bike
personally I would change the following..
Zipp seat post, Zipp Vukka shallow drop bars and an SL stem, full SRAM red (yellow tour edition) groupset and some zipp 404 (or 303) with black stealth decals...or even some shimano C50 tubs with the decals removed
then it would be my most perfect ride ever I think!

solarider wrote:Saddle set back - fail (saddle slammed right back on a setback seatpost looks wrong and raises questions over bike fit)
Saddle angle - fail (might be a trick of the angle of the photograph but it looks far from level)
Stem angle - fail (a clear case for spacers vs riser stem, or coupled with the saddle set back issue potentially the need for a bigger frame)
Bar angle - fail (why so angled back? You maybe need a bar like a Deda which gives you that nice flat top flowing into the Ergo Levers without angling the drops so far back. Maybe push the saddle forward and angle the bars forward a little?)
Saddle bag - fail (it's HUGE, what are you carrying in there, a spare bike?!)
Campagnolo and Mavic instead of SRAM and Zipp - fail (I am a huge Campagnolo fan, but it just looks wrong on a frame so immediately identifiable with a SRAM groupset and Zipp wheels. Lovely groupset and OK wheels apart from the weight, but not right together on this frame)
One of those rare instances where to me the whole is less than the sum of the individually nice parts. The frame is nice, as are the parts, but together not so good.
Sorry if that all sounds a bit less-then-festive, but "you post it, you expect it" I guess.

Well there's at least 2 kicking around this forum...
It was a limited edition for Specialized's first Tour de France win. As I was told there were 74 Project Yellow frames painted.
