Ok, so while I have been into the whole ww thing on and off over the years, i can't say that I'm at the same level as this build. With that, I have to ask, which obviously means that I can't afford it...but how do the Berk combo setups run? I have gone on Google and found his FB page but just figured I would ask here. Feel free to PM me if this is something we don't want posted.
Cannondale Synapse (alu)...it works

That is absolutely amazing.
Well damn.
1spd you'll have to contact Jure and get a price..
Mine is one of the early models and I'm sure his prices have changed as he gets better and different carbon becomes available. It'll be a lot less than an ax or tune or smud combo
He's very quick to respond unless he's outa town or crazy busy
Thanks guys its a great little bike.
I started crit racing a few weeks ago.. Which is great and it makes proper use of the new wheels

So this project has come to an end.. The frame is destined to become a show bike in a new genre..

Their expensive tool finishes the job by peening the protruding pin to fix it in place, which your method doesn't. I don't have the expensive tool either but you can use a centre punch to spread the outside end of the pin slightly, supporting it meanwhile on the inside. That would mean inserting the pin from the inside of the chain as recommended.

Auctally my method does exactly that.. I bin my chains every 3000kms and have over 20k on this bike with ZERO chain problems so I'm ok with it
