I haven't had a bike before that I really thought was worthy of posting up here, but as this has finally cracked the 20lb barrier I don't feel quite so bad! I've had this for about a month and with a few upgrades it has dropped below that barrier. Full spec list is as follows: (with verified weights)
There are still few bits that have just been put on but I haven't updated the spreadsheet and pics yet Namely MT Zoom skewers (45g), KCNC bolt up seatclamp (14g), USE seatpost shim (26g) and a Ritchey WCS 31.6 x 400 carbon post (221g).
Are there any other worthwhile weight savings? I wouldn't mind keeping it under 20lbs with some wet weather tyres on. (The steerer will be cut down shortly, just making sure the stem is exactly where I want it first!)

New seatpost = 221+26 ) 247 gms. Old = 280. Not much of a weight saving. KCNC TI pro-lite would be around 160 gms, saving 120gms instead of 33. If you need setback - new ultimate carbon. 180 gms in 410 mm.
What expander are you using?
Also, get some lighter spacers, could save you 10 gms. KCNC hollow weighs 0.5gms/mm and comes in nice colours.

I do already have a KCNC on one of the other bikes. The problem is I need a seatpost with 20mm of setback, can take carbon rails and be reasonably strong! Any ideas? I'm not sure I can get New Ultimate in the UK. The expander is the one that came with the bike. I've tried others but the steerer ID is quite small and most don't seem to fit.
Spacers I'm waiting to see just where I want the stem before I dive in, but a decent amount to save there.
