This is the start of my new bike. It is a size 58. The frame weighed what I estimate to be 945g. Weighed 1050g with the bottom bracket installed. The seatpost weighed 230g and the fork weighs 360g if I recall correctly. Hopefully in the next two weeks I will be finished with it. I will post the progress as it goes.

Excellent. Can't wait to see the progress, and thanks for weighing the frame!

Second Foil this week, if I recall correctly.

Did you buy that as a frame module or a complete bike and strip it down? I didnt think it was available as a module yet.

They are not yet available as a frameset only. So it had to be a complete.

I bought the complete bike and stripped it down and am selling all the parts. It came with Sram Red in silver. I'm selling it and putting Red Black on.

when every part was sold, what did the frame cost ?? when you subtract the money you got from the parts :)

I bought it through the shop I work at. So the cost are going to be totally different than retail prices. I haven't sold all the parts yet either.

Yes, the 58cm Venge looks far less pleasing to the eye. I'm sure either one would be a fantastic bike, but the Scott wins hands down on looks.
