Love it with the LWs, but that's true of every bike with LWs! How about a ride report generally, and now with the new shoes? Obviously it can win races!
looks great!
But I dont like those botllecages.
But I dont like those botllecages.
Rode a race today. But not with the LW´s. They are only for sunshine, And the weather didn´t look too good, but it ended up pretty good(The weather). I could have used the LW´s on the climb today. But I got some stomach problems, and got dropped of the final breakaway. Ended up with a 9th place. The bottlecages was suposed to shave the weight down, but they are too bad at their primary function(Holding bottles without any noise and racling). So I think I will put on the heavy tacx tao again. A lot more bombproof.
How about Bontragers bat cages?
If its not a secret, how much did you pay for the frameset?
Well got a FSA K-force bar, and stem. An S-works seatpost. An Race XXX lite fork, and an ultegra bottombracket.
About 1000 $. :P Best money ever spend ;) Sold the K-force combo for about 350 $. Pic of the frame before saying hallo to the sandpaper.

Fantastic project.
I might have missed it, but who did you use to do the decals. Trek themselves could take a leaf out of your book, one of the best looking Trek's I've seen.

Talked with my local Trek dealer, he contacted Trek about the special text. They send a PDF file with the "Trek-text", and I got a local guy to make them for me. I´m sure there is one of these in any major city. It´s probably called a graphic designer. Those who both design and make the "commercial layers" for companycars, shopwindows and that stuff. It´s a bit expensive, but worth it. I paid 20 $ pr. sticker (I had 5 for this project: Big "Trek-text" 2x, Trek logo on steertube, and the 2 Dura ace stickers on the 7800 cranks)
I used this firm in Denmark.

Hi,
Awesome bike
Can you tell me if the frame can fit 25mm tubulars and wide rims?
I know the wheelbase are long but it seems that the brake bridge doesn't allow to get wide
Thanks
