I have a similar bike purchased in Ft. Myers, FL. The bike came with all Ultegra components! I added the Ultegra pedals. Changed the saddle and tires (Continental Gators). Still looking for a good saddle. I am not like the compact...it works ok for Florida. I have a Bianchi Volche (12 years old) with the triple I like better when I ride in Pennsylvania in the rolling hills.

Which size are your conti tires? I wonder if it's possible to go over 25c size for this frameset.
