Thank you! I just rebuilt a 90's Raleigh I found waiting for trash pickup and donated it to someone in need, it wasn't easy to let go of but hopefully it helped him out.

I also have one I built soley out of junk parts you all would get a kick out of (especially anyone snobby) lol

Thanks for the welcome everyone! I do have plans on adding more bikes to the stable that's for sure (N+1), may have to wait till I get a house next year so I have the room for them. I would love to build up a cross bike or gravel grinder and enter in some of the Gravel races here in Texas. One day!

As for loosing weight, my body needs it more than the bike at the moment :P, but I do plan on shedding some off of the Pivot, I don't know for sure yet but i'm looking at changing it to a 1x setup with an Absolute Black chainring, I also considered changing the Seat post and handlebars to carbon as i can get a decent deal on Answer's stuff but carbon just scares me a little. There will also be a newer lighter saddle eventually but i haven't picked one out yet.

Any advice on the best ways to shed some weight off it? I'll try and get a weight on the whole bike this week to share with the group.
