After much much debate and waiting(saving), I get the last few parts in tomorrow. I'm hoping for sub 6.8kg - not sure what I would change if it is not there??

Here is the build:

Ritchey WCS UD fork w/ Ritchey compression plug 43mm rake
Pro Vibe 7s compact aluminum bars 44mm
Pro Vide 7s -10deg stem
Sram Red shifters/derail.
Gore ride-on cables
Cannondale Hollowgram cranks 172.5 50/34 (BLK)
Speedplay zero pedals SS (BLK)
Sram 1090 chain/11-23 red cassette
Rav-x Carbon bottle cages
Thomson Masterpiece seatpost w/ thomson seatpost clamp (BLK)
Specialized Phenom saddle
Negative G brakes SS w/ swissstop pads
Alchemy hubs/Kinlin 270/CX-Ray spokes (24/28) (BLK)
KCNC Ti skewers
Continential 4000s tires with conti lite tubes

Will post pics and weight once complete.

well if you dont hit the target weight, you could change the seatclamp, cut the masterpiece, change the stem and maybe the saddle but I dont know the weight of it.

I saved ~75g going from a PRO Vibe 7s round bar+stem (130mm) to a Ritchey WCS curve bar+stem (110mm).

Thanks for the suggestions!! Well, the seatpost was not shipped to my lbs but hopefully tomorrow. Wheels are due in tomorrow as well and will put it on the scale and take some pics. I debated changing the bars but I finally got the position dialed in and I really like the fit. The wider diameter bar and compact drop is just right. I will cut the thomson and see where it ends up. I'm hopeful for sub 16#'s but from what I've read, 6.8kg may be possible.

Some small adjustments and it's done. Final weight 6833g / 15.05lbs. Resisting the urge to change out the saddle to get the last 33g. Pictures to follow shortly.
