surely can ....as NapD indicated, the rims are velocity A23, the hubs are wheelsmith own brand, spokes are Pillar if i remember correctly.
quick release is own brand again, very secure and lightweight.

Thanks for reposting. I am currently learning how to build my own frames. I built a lugged frame under supervision already. My next build will be tigged. I think that is what i'll end up doing mostly since you can play with custom tube diameters to dial in stiffness and comfort.

I bet the Pegoretti manners with a Veloflex + wide rim combination makes it a rocket on technical descents.
