I plan to change the brakes for Kcnc C7 in black, a Kcnc Ti scandium or new ultimate post, and stem to either Kcnc or extralite. sholud bring the weight down to about 6350g or 14lb my target weight.
sorry about the small picture it was a quick snap hope to put some better ones up when I can.
cheers.

KCNC Ti Prolite is a good choice and stem Extralite.
But I'd rather be leading you I make a pair of carbon tubular wheels

Thanks for the comment, I can live with the post and stem, I was thinking of modding the post by cutting the clamp mech off which i think is heavy and using the the offcut from the carbon steerer for the cradle and kcnc yokes and pin avalible as spares from my kcnc shop should save a few grams as well as £.
you have the same ideas as me about the wheels I was thinking getting the planet x pro 50 carbon wheels too, great price and will compliment the frameset.
I have built the bike up using parts from reading on this great forum and think its a sensible build too.

Thought the seatpost could do with a bit of a weight loss as its quite heavy.
A few ingredients are needed, a cheap alloy carabiner, offcut carbon steerer, spare yokes and bolts.
