May I ask you - what do you use as padding material? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the compliments!

For the padding a special foam is used, don't know how could I call it, but if you are interested to at least see how it looks like I can photograph it.

A disc frame would be no problem, I was already in contact with a manufacturer that could provide a good quality disc fork (Colnago), so I could also make a road disc frame.

Lots of time and effort went into that saddle for sure! Respect! It is art.

I am satisfied with my seat/seatpost combo on my MTB.

All the best for you and company.

Thanks for the compliments!

@leugene
ok, I'll make some photos and will post them here

@fsas
It's the Sram Force/Rival chainring, if I remember right still around 40g lighter than the exogram and works perfect. Here just one photo:

@EvoUltimate & krzysiekmz
Thanks! Yes it really took quite a lot of time, all the holes were made by hand, one by one..
I'm glad to hear that, thanks! I'll for sure give my best for the future

@j0oftheworld, did you mean Romin (from Specialized?)

Otherwise some more news, working with some new materials, experimenting etc.,.. I'm searching for the best resin systems for the monocoque wheel project that is in process..

And another photo from a custom frame for a customer, custom geometry (M/54), the seatstays are bonded a bit lower as you can see on the photo, please mention that the photo was made just after the carbon reinfocements around the joints, still some work to do before it went into the wacuum bag, will post some more photos soon. Also the seatpost tube, BB and headtube aren't trimmed yet etc.,..

Otherwise two more frame projects are in process, one of them will be a new prototype where I'll try to make it even lighter than the frame I use now (843g for size L), I'm sure that I could make it <800g (layup with T1000 and M40J fibers),..
