I asked probably a dozen times or more and never got a tracking number and then they randomly showed up. Paid invoice on 2/28 and they arrived on 3/17 to California

Hi all!
I owe you an apology for the tracking/shipping updates. We have to admit that we have problems with shipping, we are also considered as a company that works with dangerous chemicals and there is a lot of paper work for any package we send, and it then takes days that we get all those papers back from our post, when the package is already on the way. All packages are inspected from our post/customs, also if it is inside EU, because a new law that started this year.

I will give our best to improve that, we will finally sign a contract with DHL next week and it should be better then. All I can say now is that I really appreciate your patience and we will give our best to improve that in the future! Thanks for your understanding

I would also be in for shifter clamps (campy x2 and shimano x1). Also, what about seat post clamps?

Is it only my who ordered a seatcombo that was to thick to fit in the frame? 27,2mm in a Specialized Epic HT frame so nothing odd.

Feels like I get all the problems while everyone else is satisfied. I also want to be satisfied

Finally got the opportunity to order me a Lupina saddle! I'm only 69kg so the lightest one in stock would be great please!
So excited, I don't know if there are any others in New Zealand so it will be a rare one for sure over this way. Have you sold any others to New Zealand riders Jure?
