Good point, that could work for me to actually, I'll look into it at some point.
Thanks for those nice comments
..or just send me a mould for the tube
Well the only problem for those tubes are the moulds, because they are expensive, and unfortunately it wouldn't make sense to make them only for a few products if you know what I mean. It was already hard to invest in some metal moulds for the round seatposts - two moulds (for 31.6mm and 27.2mm seatpost) costed almost 1000€ + you need to have some material and the right tools to start with any work, then made some experiments etc.,...I rather won't calculate how much failed/experimental parts I have in my workshop
But hey, it's a great work and I'm glad that I started with it! I have that luck that I earned with cycling and get a stipendium as a good student in gymnasium, otherwise it would be impossible...so althought I'm 20 years now I already managed to get most of the equipment that I need by myself.

Thanks!
After Eurobike I'll put all the papers together and really start with it,..hope I won't have any complications (because I'm a student "the rules" are a bit different as usually by creating a company...anyway, I'll see). No need to rush, but I'll make it as soon as possible.
Here they are, I already posted them (on site 34)

Hi,
if you're on Eurobike you can see two saddle combos:
Berk Composites saddle/seatpost combo on the world lightest frame from A2J Technical Artisans at only 640g! Complete bike weighs 4.7kg!
If you happen to be anywhere near Eurobike, stop by and see it on stand A2-205.
It's on the stand together with the German Carbon Group (THM and Schmolke)

Nice!
What's the stem/handlebar combo? Something new from Schmolke?

Just another update - most of the tubes for PROTO-TYPE 5 frame project are already prepared. I only have to make the dropouts and the chainstays.
Here just one quick photo from the molding bladder that I made for the production of the chainstays:
As soon as I make the chainstays and dropouts I'll glue all the parts together, and then post some photos I'll keep you updated

Just a small update - as you probably saw there isn't any progress on the frame project already for weeks...well I have a problem - I just can't get the right materials to continue with the work already for weeks. And the waiting is killing me .
I only have to laminate the chainstays and the dropouts and everything will be prepared for gluing the parts together...fingers crossed I'll get the materials next week!
Otherwise here some new photos from two combos and a saddle that I made with titanium saddle rails:
The saddle has painted two "Berk" logos on the sides and "HANDMADE IN SLOVENIA" on the centre:
Sure, it's 121g. With a thick coat of clear coat , nothing special. The rails are from a Selle San Marco saddle if I'm right..
I really have to make my own saddle rails some day..
