It's not with the fight. Besides, I don't like kicking people when they are down either. I'm sure she's in some financial problems and I do hope she lands on her feet again...hopefully in the cycling world. I know she had offers. She was very nice and professional the whole time. It's a very nice frame and I'm sure I'd love it. I was in awe of the uberlights. Unfortunately that's not what I got, but in fairness I was never promised an uberlights.

it's in motion
Honestly, it isn't worth the effort to file the Statement of Claim. You'd be among the lowest ranking behind the unsecured creditors, so your chances of seeing anything would be slim. Sometimes, the smart play is to take your lumps and chalk it up to experience. After all, you can't get blood from a stone...

I´d say , you got a Ruegamer frame which you can sell.
Then you know you want a Crumpton or a Spin
So the bearing cups I did , did they fit?

They were perfect Mattias. Thanks again. If I keep the Rue, I'll definitely be using them

With the Rue? Its hanging in my closet I'm still trying to decide what to do with it. It'll either replace my TIME VXRS Ulteam or will remain on eBay. Either way it won't be in any contention for WW of the year. There are a bunch of nice builds out there.
Does anyone know about how much I could ask for my Time frame module (frame, fork, headset and stem)?

After a lot of consideration, I decided to sell my TIME and build up my Ruegamer. I'm really excited. The Time sold over the weekend and I've been piecing together everything and hope to have it built up in the next month or two. I'm just waiting on my headset and a few special parts . Most of the items I planned for this bike were either sold or switched over to another build. I'll post picks when it's done
