Recently the board software has been updated and there are some known bugs/failures:
- Avatars are currently not being displayed
- Tapatalk connection is currently broken

Those bugs will be fixed ASAP (next few days) as they are unfortunately more serious than expected.

If you find more errors please post it here: http://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=139062

This is the second most favourite gift for Christmas (after my girlfriend).

I vote for white tape.

Congrats! Looks amazing 8)

I'm going for a similar build with mine when it arrives - Super Record, 3T Ltd ARX stem and Ltd Ergonova bars, ProLogo Scratch Nack saddle...

Loving the LWs!

Jon

PS Treat yourself to some Handlebra bar tape :D

Rich,

Forget to say, let us know how you get on with the bottle cages - I haven't seen any yet that I really like...

Many thanks for the comments

I have managed to take some "better" photos. I say "better" as I am not the greatest photographer going - the orange is a lot more vivid than it appears in these photos but here you go;

I always enjoy viewing the photos of new builds and found this board a great resource as I was pulling my C59 together

I hope you enjoy

Rich

Rich,

That looks amazing - super stuff :D

I'm now wondering about what seatpost... decisions! (Was going for a PMP one).

Cheers,

Jon

Thanks Jon. In the end, it was the seatpost that sent me down the 3T route. I have always used Deda up to now but needed a zero setback post on the C59 and this was a good choice. It seemed rude not go for the bars and stem as well! I tried out some alloy Ergonova bars on the winter bike before buying the LTD version and I really liked them.

I still have no idea about cages. The Colnago ones are the obvious choice but they do have some red on them which I am trying to avoid (apart from the Super Record logos, obviously!)

With the weather as it is, I am close to popping it onto the turbo for a quick spin

Good luck with your own build

Rich

Nice job - beautiful frame. I've got exactly the same finishing kit (saddle, seatpost, stem, bar and even white bar tape!) - but I'd really investigate the possibility of getting the grey stripe on all the 3T stuff custom painted in the orange of the frame, that would knock it clear out of the park!

Guess you're going to dial your position over time but the saddle looks a bit forward? Also, where in the UK are you - needing 34-27 you must be near me in the Peak District!

Wow! That is insanely good looking. I prefer a set back post aesthetically but ... wow! 8)

For a build like this, and this being WW, go with Emporelli Dolomiti.
