Although I've had this bike for about 1.5 years now, I finally made some much-needed upgrades this past week. They included:

Yokozuna cables
KCNC Skewers
Carbon DA 7800 caps
Aerus Carbon bars
Aerus Carbon seatpost
Aerus Ti/Alu stem
Aerus carbon cages
New chain, cassette, chainrings

This bike rides like a dream now and actually fits me a bit better. Super comfy. Weight is 7.1kg with pedals.

Next up is to replace the saddle with a white Fizik Airone Tri2 carbon and then perhaps have a nice set of custom wheels built with Chris King hubs and Mavic Open Pro CD rims.
