Hi all - Ted asked me to post a few pics as it comes together, so here goes:
BB/seattube showing cuts outs for internal Di2 wiring.
Front derailleur hanger customised for Di2 - small 'slug' for the leverage screw to push against, and hole for the cable to exit.
Seattube (custom butted/ovalised 4130) with various braze-ons.
Special USB port for charging the internal battery - I machined the plastic blocks to enable it to be screwed in place inside the seattube.
Port mounted in the frame - secured with two M3 screws. I'll put a gasket on the inside too, and there should be an external plastic cap coming.....
