Great build

Maybe take the decals off the post and have the bar/stem from the same manufacturer?

I like the shape of the post, does the carbon weave match the frame?

No, don't change a thing - unless it's to make it more WW.

It's a great looking bike "as is" with what appears to be a slight nod in favor of functionality over pure WWism.

Weight is 13,8 lb or 6,25 kg with LW Ventoux, + 100 Gramm with the LW Standard.

RAUW! love it. I wish I knew someone with LW ventoux that I could try on my Z3. I think that wheelset goes extremely well with the minimalistic Parlees.

The Ventoux would look stylish on your Z3 sl, and they are great wheels
