Going to source some proper drop bars. I'll also switch front wheels to something lighter. Saddle too. I've got a Flite Ti lying around which I think would suit it better.

Ignore the gatorskin on the rear. I commute with a fixie, so it normally has bullhorns, a steel fork, brake and gatorskins.

Frame: Dedacciai COM 12.5 butted. 73/73 with 53 square geometry.
Fork: Cannondale Premium+, decals sanded, painted with a matt finish.
Wheels: Velocity Fusion laced to Chosen track hubs. 28/28. (I've got a rock solid R500 front wheel which I'm contemplating polishing and using... Could be nice)
Crankset: Shimano 105 5600 170mm
Chainring: all 1/8", depends what I feel like running. 44, 45 and 46t
Cogs: Superbe Pro 15t, Generic steel 16t (albeit nice), Dura Ace 13t. Need a 14t.
Pedals: Look Keos.
Stem: Pro LT, anodising stripped and polished.
Bars: Ritchey Pro
Seatpost: Giant Aero Carbon.
Saddle: WTB Devo, but switching out to a Flite Ti when I get a spare second.
Tyres: Vittoria Corsa CX and a gatorskin. Race tyres will be Corsas, fixie mode will be gatorskins.

Somewhere around 7.3kg as pictured.

What's the source for the frame? Is it custom? Did you strip & repaint a known frame?
Do tell.
