Now updated with white Regal Ti:

Weight dropped to 8,26 kg, maybe a Gigantex Ultralight / Record wheelset next, to drop the weight below 8 kilos...

Bike build continues on a budget (sort of):

Just received Reynolds Assault Tubulars...

Rear: (still with Shimano freehub in the pic)

Front:

- Decals

Total 1315 grams without decals.

Vittoria Corsa Evo CX II 23mm being stretched:

Can't wait to go for a ride with these...

Weight with the wheelset is 7,87 kg / 17.35 lb. I changed the heavy Reynolds skewers to titanium ones to save some extra grams. :beerchug:

I think this bike is "ready" now, hopefully at least for a while... my wallet hurts... :oops:

FYI: Lens used in the earlier images was Sigma EX DC f/1.4 30mm, these latest pics are shot with Canon f/1.8 50mm.

Took a pic today with my autumn/spring clincher wheelset: (Mavic Cosmos / GP4000 25mm Black Chili / Michelin Latex)

Feels sluggish but comfortable...

Thanks! Still daydreaming of Ambrosio Nemesis + Vittoria Pavé, but I'm trying to enjoy it as it is now...

The bike may even see some smooth countryside gravel with the wheelset, but if the 25mm Contis seem too harsh or fragile, I'll just keep on riding on gravel with my CC that has some Challenge Grifo slicks..
