Could you provide any comparison between the MCFK saddle and the Tune Komm-Vor you had on there prior?

Oh no! Any pics of that? What were you doing to cause that?

I am sad to report that this bike is currently on life support and the prognosis is not good.
A crack formed starting at the front derailleur tab and started to make it's way around 1/8th of the seat tube.
Jason also had an issue with his derailleur tab which was slightly different, but a similar theme (his crack was vertical, mine is horizontal): http://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=81570&hilit=addict+tab&start=60#p751847
Waiting to hear from Scott...

Huge pity.
As still rate this as the best looking Scott I've seen.

Ouch! Sorry to hear about the crack. That's no good. Hopefully you get as good of service from Scott as I did.
How odd. I had similar leaking from one Vittoria, turned out to be the valve extender.

Veloflex sent me 2 new tires direct from the factory (new one's had little Italian flags on them) but they still lost 15 - 20 lbs of pressure per hour. I eventually gave up, threw all 7 tires in the dumpster and marched over to my local French bike shop waving a white flag.

Oh no that must be gutting. I hope you get it resolved quickly.
I'm also intrigued by your leaking veloflexes. I have the criteriums and they are the best tyres with latex tubes at holding air I've ever had. They're just about rideable after 3 days of not pumping them up.

The warranty process is getting quite complicated. Scott US is skeptical that the frame was purchased from an Authorized Dealer. Thankfully both Westbrook Cycles in the UK who I purchased the bike from and LLBean in the US are really going above and beyond standard customer service to try get everything resolved. To be fair to everyone, I'll wait until Scott gives a definitive answer.
In the meantime, I have this photo that the shop took to send to Scott. No Alps, no Pyrenees, no Mediterranean, no Atlantic, no roads. Even the photo quality is sad.
and here is one I look of the crack:

For those wondering about the Veloflex Extreme tubulars (I guess I didn't post about it here)... this is a video of the 2nd set after the first set didn't hold air. They were installed 2 days before this and hadn't been ridden yet. I expected the air to leak from the valve stem... but that didn't appear to be the case.

Yeah, that's clearly seems to be coming out of the base tape. How strange.
Looks like I'll be going through the UK to get the replacement since that is where it originated. They've slated the replacement as a 2011 Addict RC (also a HMX frame) which is the flashy yellow/white/black team paint scheme...
Too bad I just picked up a black Sram Red cassette and black KMC chain...
I was so close to stealth (or at least monochrome) nirvana
At least it's better than the HMF + $1000 Scott US was offering
Anyway, I still have a week or so to work on my yellow abs.
