Can't wait to see that one finished
I'm leaning towards the Extralites!
That's a great head tube!

I would like to hear why did you choose Extralite SP?
I need get front hub and thinking about Extralite SP or dt240 to build with Powertap GS. With Extralite I could save ~55g but is it worth it if I also want reliability hub with low maintenance.
Great looking project. Keep us posted!

the extralite SPs are the only light weight hubs you can push to 120-125kgf DS.. at my weight they build a good strong wheel as long as you don't go too shallow on the rims.. i've found the fronts to be really reliable and the rear while needing a little bit of adjusting every now and then is quick and simple to dial in and maintain..
the 100g weight difference over the alchemy's is leading me towards using the extralites on my 35mm tubs and building up a pair of 35 clinchers for the alchemy's
