Jonas,
a mate of mine would like to convert his 26 scapel in to 650, did you have to do any modifications to the frame ?also what tyres have you tired on the back wheel ?what would be the max size for say a racing ralph ?

There is a plastic bridge between the chainstays I had to take of. Works great with the 2,0" Pacenti Quasi-Moto on the picture. A 2,25" Racing Ralph on a Shimano XT wheel didn't work, on a ZTR Crest it works but is a bit too tight. Would say max 2,1" Schwalbe size on the rear. Racing Ralph is pretty high so would work with a lower tire. Not sure about the new Continental tires.

Just another Evo. No big deal.

- Zipp rims will break if you look at them too hard
- R-Sys wheels will spontaneously explode
- The ZG crankset will never, ever exist
- Everyone needs Lightweights, even if they're fat and old
- Parts actually made of metal are SO 10 years ago

@p6x58de - As the proud owner of a 52cm CAAD9, I love seeing small-ish CAADs. That bike looks great!

@justdank - I would check with your local C'dale dealer. My LBS usually has a few hanging around somewhere. If that fails, these guys are good, too.
