One of my favorite bikes here :thumb up: If you could find some Sram Red green shifters / rear derailleur for it, it would be perfect (and maybe a set of race wheels).

Thanks!

I've been looking for some, but to pay that much for a 1cm square of green instead of red is bordering on ridiculous (according to the prices I've seen on ebay). I could easily paint it for almost no cost.

Also, I have a set of Mavic Cosmic Carbone Ultimates, but they only come out once the races start.

quattrings, then strip the whole frame, you`ll loose even more weight. Just the fork in black wont look that good as a whole bike.

Frankly, I think you've got a solid set of race wheels.

I love how minimal the Si Sl version SRM is. I mean, when you said that you were going to put am SRM on it, I thought the bike would no longer look as good (Of course, I'd rather have an SRM than a hotter bike), but that still looks so nice. Dang! I agree that this is one of the coolest/best looking bikes on here.

I think this is where you are making a mistake. If it was my money I'd be looking for a frame that climbs like a scalded baby monkey on amphetamines. A goat on steroids will just not be as fast uphill.

Hi,
I like blue. I got the frame from a CAAD9, shimano 105 OEM model. The parts came from various online stores.
I changed the Cannondale Hollowgram chainrings to shimano 5700's because the Cannondale chainrings didn't shift well.
I think it's 136g over UCI min weight, but I think it would be pretty easy to get onto the limit.
I just don't trust carbon stems, so I went with the Ritchey alloy 44 axis, the rest is Ritchey WCS carbon.
I just got some new c35 tubulars, and I think they look great.
Cheers
Frank
