List as it sits:

2013 XTC Advanced SS medium

Just waiting on a new 'cross bike. Also have to move the Propel on for a current season's model.

Nice fleet, including the Amarok...!
Assume you work / rep for Giant?

What cross bike? TCX seem nice.
What's the benefit of the new model Propel?
Only slightly different paint work and internal Di2 battery are different, right?
Would seem a costly exercise for minimal benefit (assuming you are footing the bill, of course!)?

Pretty sure Carrots pic was taken in South Aust, although I agree, looks like a couple of the coastal spots we have in WA too...

New addition to the stable - 2012 TCR Advanced SL Rabobank, currently at 15,7 lbs/7.1kg .

My last change to bring it down to 15,5 lbs is a saddle upgrade.
The comfy Aliante Carbon Kium weighs 239 gr...!! A carbon braided version weighs 195gr.....this is a painfully light & expensive saddle at $300.00 cad

Here's the big question..... Do I keep my old 2010 TCR Adv 2 (full Ultegra) & turn it into a cross/winter bike, or, sell it to fund a future upgrade to Dura ace 9000 group ????

2 bikes, definately!

That TCR frame wil easily take 25mm tyres and maybe even 27's. I run mine on 25's and it handles so much better in the winter (provided that you drop the pressure a bit)
Ride it like you stole it

Hey Dirty32, we are lucky enough to have bikes provided for each model year (it is our responsibility to sell them on behalf of the company as ex-demo bikes however).

This is my first season in this job and have quickly realised the downsides of choosing an ISP bike in XS, may have to rethink the selection for next season!

And, yes I look after the South Island of New Zealand, some great stores down here and some of the best road and MTB riding anywhere. Pretty lucky to be able to ride where I do (busy role with LOTS of travelling doesn't always lend itself to much riding to be honest).

Yes, this years Propel SL has gone internal with different graphics and also new TRP mini V-brakes with dual cable position (to cater for different width wheels, similar to the set up of the Swiss Fourier brakes).

Was hoping to get the TCX Advanced 1 but there isn't enough surplus stock in my size for staff this year.

Cheers and happy riding!
