So here is my main crit bike. I initially had some fitting issues that couple with a challenging DA7900 setup really made me think twice about this bike but now that everything is dialled in Im in love. I really like the look of the bike- but I think it could use a silver thompson stem to match real nice.
On a side note, it looks like the shimano DA hoods fit like an old pair of socks, is this normal. I would expect more.

Thanks for the nice replies! I'm a proud daddy!
Murphs great to see you've got your bike after such a long struggle. As long as it fits you the bike is totally worth it. I have now 1.5cm less drop on the canyon compared to my other bikes. The longer reach of the 7900 hoods kind compensates for this. Its beginning to grow on me

I'd go with the Ritchey WCS 4-Axis white stem. It'd match well with the overall scheme of the bike!
