Hello, this is my new Cervelo R3sl. At the moment it is 6,3 kg, but it will become around 6,0 kg with other tires, skewers and seatpost.

I like it. Solid, classic build. With Campagnolo, which makes it even nicer (for me, at least).

Would it be too much to ask for a complete build list?

I wonder about the seatpost clamp position. Certainly most R3SLs that I have seen, including mine, use the clamp at the rear, rather than front. Any particular reason?

When using a CF seat post it is suggested to turn the clamp opposite to the slot in the frame. This will help prevent peak stress on the post at the slot as it evens out the tension on the frame.

Reversing the clamp also minimises crap building up on the clamp bolt.

The Clamp on my Winter Bike is also reversed so that there's sufficient clearance for my rear light.

Apart from it looking a bit funny I don't think there is any negative to reversing the clamp.
