Yep, but since the bike+ buyer went to get final measuring and tunning, the fork was not cut

I will post some newer pics with the bike after bikefitting the happy owner as soon as I get them

Really nice, I have to say. Almost got exactly the same bike.

Question: Would you re-cut the cable housing once the fork steerer is cut down?

Alot of attention has gone into matching all the components. Hats off! I would keep with black tape though since that bright red is attracting maybe too much attention. Also, if you wanna lose weight lose the ITM computer mount and set your polar on the stem. It will look much cleaner and will still be in the riders line of vision... though keeping your eyes on the road should be a prioprity  Another bike that fills me with envy! Congrats to the owner!

Yep

the only shop in the middle east that has a bar and beer (free) so the customers can relax, sit down on the bar, have a cold drink when their bike is beeing attended to
I'll post you a picture of that

the mechanic has to barman the beer :-)
