Thanks!
A further update: I got the AX2200 premium seatpost. Geez it's light! In 31.6mm diameter it weighs 87g and sits a nice long way into the frame (I'm about in the middle of the fitment range -- which is set by AX due to the internal butting of the post.) The total seat and post weighs 142g, which is about 5g more than my integrated with the sleeve.
I have to admit I hate the Vittoria tires. I know lots of people love them, and they are fine, but compared to the Veloflex Carbons I've been riding for the last year, well, there's no comparison. They feel hard and slow. It's all relative, and generally a 320tpi tire made by Vittoria is going to be just fine. But for me, the Veloflex is "my tire." Now I need to stock up...

The more I see this bike which is awesome by the way, the more I want to get a light weight carbon frame to replace my SLC. Great work and I really like the upgrades you have been doing.

Thanks.
I will post some new photos (maybe even get away from the garage door...LOL) with the new (effectively) all black look.
I finished the upgrade to the integrated seat--it looks the same but I added some reinforcement underneath where the seat and the post join, and shaved the profile a little. All up with the sleeve (27.2-31.6mm) it weighs 135g, just a few grams lighter than the AX Premium seat and post combo (which I will use as my back up.) I actually prefer the shape and comfort of the integrated post (which just goes to show how personal seats can be.)
The new Veloflex Extreme tires are wonderful. Not much different to the Carbons in feel, but they weigh 225g whereas my Carbons came in at 280g. Very confidence inspiring tire!

Curious to hear how those tires hold up over the longer term...

Me too Pete!
My Veloflex Carbons have shown extremely good wear--I am totally impressed with them (so much so that I bought up another 4 to have in stock.) I am hoping the Extremes to be similar, if not a little more fragile due to the weight. I think the Extremes have a 350 tpi casing, but so far I can't tell any difference between them and the Carbons. They are both excellent!
