I suggest deda bar tape, lighter and matt in colour which will match the matt black of the saddle, you'll be pleasantly surprised at the balance it brings.

just love the stiffness and response of the pro cav stem/bar combo and the frame is that efficient that any weight saving seems pointless...pretty comfy too by the way...
