Vanilla is my favorite flavor!

The red and black swirls taste great too!

Really interested in how "steel" rides with carbon tubbies and a very nice set up as you have you here. I'm torn between getting a new carbon frame (madone, BH G5, Cervelo) with run of the mill "Red" parts or going custom local builder and maybe all out on the parts. Just curious what a steel frame with carbon wheels and light parts would ride like.

The Vanilla is truly amazing! My wife has a Speedvagen CX bike coming this fall and is REALLLLY excited. It's going to be a "suprise me" color. Sacha's work is beyond belief.
