pedals: XTR
Cage: Tayx Carbon.
Wheels: stans Olympic rims, tune king & kong supershauf hubs, DT Aerolite spokes with alloy nipples.
Tyres: Shwalbe Racing Ralphs with no tubes latex
Skewers: Tune.
Bottle Cage: Tayx Tao Carbon
Weight on my old digital fishing scales is 22lb / 10kg including pedals & bottle cage.
Still a few little change left to do. I am going to change the cables for the Power cordz system & i am swapping the headset for a Chris King black one purely for cosmetic reasons & the brake cables need a little trimming.
A couple of things suprized me during this build.
1 how much lighter the old XTR rear mech was than the new XO one. Before i changed the jockey wheels the XTR was 16gms lighter than XO & both are medium cage.
2 How light the very cheapo foam grips from halfords were. I got a pack of 4 for £4.99 & i can get 2 grips from each one So thats 4 light wieght & IMO good grip sets for less than £5 (bargin)
I have got too say this is the best bike i have ever owned PERIOD!!!
I sold my 12.5 lb Cannondale Super 6 to fund this project & it was worth EVERY PENNY.
Apologies for the multiple XO pics (I'm crap at this!!!)

it,s not a syntace top cap, just a carbon one i bought fro Posh Bikes a couple of years ago. I have used them for a while now on all my stems with no problems.
i also used one about 3/4 years age on my road bike when my left arm crank fell off my claviculas on my old Scott CR1 & the alloy cap that they came with broke. I told Andy aPosh Bikes how well it worked & looked, he did say he would have a look into making some & send me some. Still waitng
