Hello, I wonder if you can help
I have a 2006 S-works Tarmac, size 49 (yes, i'm a midget  )
http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/SBC ... nuItemId=0

I'm trying to find out the weight of the frame without stripping the bike down.
Any idea where I can find this information on line?

I'm buying pair of light race wheels, EA90 SLX tubulars, it has record 10sp and a carbon bontrager chainset already.
I'll post some pictures up when I have the new wheels! :)

Thanks

@ mattc: where are the carbon specialized ribcages ?

they looked good on my spec but i was a sucker for the weight of the skyline wassertrager

regarding my comment to fact his bike:

bora are just the way to go ( for looks )
i am doing some nobium x300 rim based trainer wheels for my spec
those bontrager XXX lite are killers but i just like to make my own wheels :D
however nowdays bonty wheels dont have 2 paired spokes so if i get some new style bonty rims for a low price i will make some killer TT wheels

Oh, you mean the Specialized carbon cages I used for about 2 weeks this year before binning them?
The amount of rattling was ridiculous, it ruined the ride of my TCR. Plastic cages it was then...

2006 Tarmac S-works 56cm
DA7800: Breaks, shifters, derailleur, front shifter, chain and cassette
2009 S-works seat post
2009 S-works crank and standard chain rings
Fizik Arione seat
Ritchey WCS 4-Axis 44 stem
2009 Look Keo Carbon (picture is my old Time ATAC)
S-works Mondo tires
Some lightweight tubes
2009 Easton SLX bar
Wheelset: Dt Swiss RR 1.1 rims 32h and 240 hubs. Spokes I think DT Revolution spokes. Its a wheelset from Excel Sports.

The bathroom scale says approximately 15.5lbs or 7kg (I have no idea how accurate that is).

I would love to try a fancy wheelset.

Would like to know a little about the difference between this frame and the SL2 and SL3?
