It's a 56

Thanks for the comments,

@Calnago yes it looks to be so, very well proportioned and as the line on the wall shows the stem is parallel to the floor which I like much better than the sloping stem.

I did it also because I ordered a Master 30th from Mike at maestro, special order with threaded precisa fork, I will build it with identical fit but a full metal version of this C50 and I will use a Cinelli 120mm 1A quill stem and Giro d'Italia bars, waiting for delivery in probably a month or so

here with the more modest, but nicer riding wheels, hand builts Record Hubs, Open Pros, Revos/Comp, Alu nipples, Vittorial Open Corsas and Latex Tubes, this is the wheelset that actually gets ridden most

Hi Salsalover, I can already picture the 'proper' looking Master standing next to her carbon younger sister. Very nice update.

I'm with you Corky....they should rename it the 'Super-lag-gero'.

Thanks to all for the comments

I am impatiently waiting for my frame, ordered a month ago, I guess there are still 4-6 weeks still to wait for.

Master 30th Anniversary in AD10 paint scheme, threaded precisa fork

About the build kit the decided parts of it are

- Record threaded headset
- Cinelli 1A quill stem 120mm
- Cinelli Giro d'Italia handlebars 42cm
- Campagnolo Chorus/Titanium Seatpost. ( I have it )
- Wheelset 1 : Chorus hubs/Open Pro blue rims, Revos/Comp, Alu nipples, 36x3cross, Vittoria Open Corsas and Latex Tubes ( I have it )
- Wheelset 2 : Silver Record hubs/Mavic GP4 CD rims, Comps, Brass nipples, 32x3cross, Veloflex Roubaix ( I have it )

The parts of the Build kit to decide are the perennial decision on a Master: Classic Silver vs Modern Carbon

I have 2 full groupsets for this build

- A NOS Ultra Torque/Ultra Shift 2010 full silver Centaur
- A NOS 2009 Record 11

I haven't decided yet what will be the final build, but I will start with the Centaur silver and see how it goes.

That Centaur Silver will go with a Brooks Swift Titanium in black and blue handlebar tape, perfect match with the Open Pro and GP4 wheelsets I already have.

The only drawbacks on this build, is that is 10 speed, bushings in brakes and shifters instead of bearings and a bit heavier, but sure the silver will go very well with all the other chromed parts.

It is a pitty Campagnolo doesn't produce a high level groupset in full silver, a Record level 11 speed one would be very good.

If at the end I decide to go modern, it will be built on that Record 11 and on a Selle Italia SLR Carbonio White and white tape and Hyperons.

I rebuild my Master during the winter and at least to me it looks and most importantly feels better than ever.

That's a beautiful Master, congratulations, AD14 is a paintscheme that is high on my list of all time favorites.

This build makes me doubt even more about what to do with my Master when it arrives :p

Congrats tide75!
I 'd prefer it with shallow wheels and another saddle but it is nice as it is as well.
