Very nice, Paddyrider; we have similar tastes. I bet you are enjoying better weather for riding right now, though.

Perfect kit to complement the frame. Very classy.
Bikes: Raw Ti, 650b flatbar CX
Two great looking C59s above.
I notice that on 1 the fork is cut flush to the stem and on the second there is approx 1cm of spacer.
is there a reco way to do this - I had my ExC cut down last year and lbs left 1cm above stem.
is this safer this way ??
@mcw, could you pls give build details for your tub wheels incl wgts if poss
cheers

Hi Wobbly,
I think a fork cut flush to the stem looks better but i have a small spacer in case i get a sore back or sell the bike, gives a little more room for adjustment. I know your referring to MCW's wheel weights but in case you are interested here are my bora weights
Rear wheel 737 grams
Front wheel 576
Rear quick release 63
Front quick release 58
Veloflex Carbon 22mm tubular 246
Tufo tubular tape 38
Super Record 11-25t cassette 177
Total for both wheels 2,179 grams

Just saw that dark blue "à la Saronni" paintscheme
WOOOOW That's a glorious bike
That's a very beautiful blue EPS
Had a 40 mins hill climb on a borrowed C60 the other day. The overall feel was a more rigid front end and bottom bracket. Response and when dancing on the pedals was quicker than my Extreme C but overall ride comfort not as sweet as a C59. Fast decent feels a little more stable than both. The lightless (not necessary actual weight only) in the Extreme C is the best of all three.
A C60 or not? Well, to be frank, I still have not seen a special colour scheme I like. Not a must to have another KOM for sure but I do very much prefer a special edition colour scheme. Part of what so different about a Colnago is its paint finish, right? Given that a C60 is more rigid than any previous models, I suppose I don't have trouble accepting a sloping Colnago!
Any thoughts you may like to share?

I have a similar opinion on them, I own a EPS and a C59. The Eps is a quicker handling, lighter feeling bike, but the C59 beats it in comfort on long rides. I use the same saddle on each bike and have swapped wheelsets to make sure it was the frame I was judging and not the wheels. I too am waiting for a special color on a c60 before I pull the trigger on one. I have a couple of Colnagos that are one off color ways from the factory, and then my EPS was a respray to mimic the saroni and zabel special editions.
