Hey,
like i think every year some updates for my Dream.
Instead of the Force Fork i got a Carbon 75 fork and iam now
using a 143mm S-Works Chicane saddle(damn great saddle).
there is only one thing i wanne to test a wheelset with Ambrosio Nemesis rims ... some day

I understand every one builds the bike how he wants (not always...), but I would put on:
- polished aluminum seapost, stem and bars
- Campy Athena bright silver
- and that sadlle also looks "out of place" (but I understand it feels good)

I like the 'everything black' except for the frame + fork - Master builds. I am planning to update mine with Chorus 11, too. Can you say something about riding feel compared to e.g. a modern campa 11 build if you have one in the stable?

I love that pearl gloss Master and have no issue with either group, stem, post or saddle. All very stylish and muted.

I think the Chorus looks good, the white accents on the Chorus match the frame somewhat.

I have only problems with the stem and seatpost, not the colors, but the size, they look bulky for that frame.

Yeah been there done that so this time I was going for something different and more contemporary

Well any modern stem will look more or less bulky on classic frames. Also this stem is not round in diameter but oval so looking from the top it's narrower and almost same width as frame but from the side it does look somewhat bulky but only when looking directly from the side (e.g. pic5). For that reason they painted black stripe on the side of the stem near the bottom which creates optical illusion of stem being narrower and if you look at the very first pic with slightly different perspective it doesn't look that bulky at all. Using black stem would probably make it less bulky but I wanted go white so for now it is what it is. As for the seatpost it's not bulky but images are bit distorted shooting with the smartphone from near distance... In reality it all looks more balanced.

can't help but say i think a zipp service course stem would look nice on there. matchy matchy and all that. lovely ride though

If you go with a modern group on an old frame I personally think it's okay to use a modern stem. You are not the first one who did this with a Colnago Master(CMH and Alexarcilla) . Indeed considering the others are usually "Saronni" and decked with topend this one is actually pretty eyecatching... and also more down to earth.
