Yeah, that's the thing with carbon stems: they can look very stylish (i love my Deda Forza), but are usually heavier than a good old alu stem. Still, doesn't hurt to have a nice piece of bling on your bike

The point of carbon stem monocoque is that it is "inflexible" my friend . Very stronger than alu.
