Hi nice ride, I saw your picture at the planet x site, I'm thinking of getting one but unsure of sizing, how tall are you and the saddle height, I'm 5ft 5ins, planet x don't have any small in stock so was thinking the x-small with 650c wheels would be a better fit so i can get a lower front end.
any pictures of you riding to see your fit would be great.

Hi thanks for the welcome. If you are getting good times on the 53 stick with it. I was once into bodybuilding and now that I am cycling I find that I have a slow cadence and I have use my use power instead.

I am 5':8" but I chose this size because my previous bike had 650c wheels and I could not justify spending over a grand on another pair of race wheels and with the frame being the same size as the old one, it was just a matter of using the same wheels.
I do not have a picture of me on this bike yet but here I am on the old one.

Here I am after the final set up. well almost I have shortened the aero-bars since taking the photo to bring my elbows back a little.
I took the bike out for it's first airing today as the weather was good for the first time since I built it. Here is a picture taken by my wife Jackie.
