Back in January I got a fantastic deal on a brand "new" 2008 TCR advanced 1 (half price). I would like to preemptively apologize for the stem and spacers.
Only changes from standard equipment so far are the wheels and saddle.

Really impressed the with the bike. Not as cool as the 2009 SL's but very pleased with performance. Weight is 7.4 Kg as seen with Ultegra SL group and KeO carbon pedals.

Nice.
Planning to change anything else?

I might change the bars and stem, although I've been quite impressed with the race face bars. The actual weight will be interesting too see at some stage. I'd like a little more drop.

I might go for some carbon cages as well as the bat cages are fairly hefty although they are very reliable. I've been using Campag for the last couple of years but I'm really liking the Ultegra SL, pity it's not lighter.

Some lighter wheels would be nice but the Zondas are incredibly reliable and tough.

Going to try some Ultremo tires though.

Everything looks great on that bike, colors and shape.

The Zondas actually make it look quite good. It's a fairly subtle colour scheme compared to a lot of bikes.
Not bad for $3000 NZD or roughly $1500 US

Time to update the photos now that I have updated the wheels with 2012 Eurus and a new Chorus group on board. Should really weigh the thing too. Could loose some real weight if I changed that saddle......
