Cannondale has been listening...

Our rep has told us 2010 will most likely see a Rival and partial Dura-ace group equipped (which they are TRYING to hit the $2500 mark with!).

What about frameset for people not on a shop team? I am still trying to decide on a stiff aluminium frame and the Ventana El Martillo, @ $900USD, is leading the way. $1750AUD for the current frame only makes sense due to a shocking exchange rate, 6 months ago they were pricing themselves out of the market.

Check out my first post. I edited it to get more info out, but I can only speak for US buys, I'm unsure about buyers outside of the US.

Airsoft, you are correct about the colour. I've ordered the black with red decals.

In Europe the frame will be available either in all black (black logo too) or white with red logo and black fork.

Ive ordered the black version that will be in stock around europe by mid april.

Hi,
I hope someone can clarify the whole CAAD9 BB30 quest for me :-)

I contacted Cannondale Europe, and they informed me that the CAAD9 cannot be ordered with BB30 in Europe. Then I contacted a Cannondale dealer in the States where I bought from in the past. They told me that the CAAD9 can only be ordered with BB30 on special request...

Now I see the CAAD9 BB30 also being delivered to Australia and Finland?

MyLBS called Cannondale Belgium as I was standing next to him: NO CAAD9 BB30 in Belgium...

there's a nice Six carbon with BB30 instead though :D

No BB30 in belgium? thats really strange...

My CAAD9 with BB30 is being imported to Finland from Cannondale Holland. It is a special order but they will be available at least there

In fact, the white version is already available. Im waiting for the all black version

I believe all the BB30 CAAD9's are special orders, I'm waiting on mine to be made, then sent from the USA to Australia. I think the only thing that has changed is that instead of having a minimum order of 10 as the team frames used to be, you can now order just 1.

Anyone have the model number for a white non-BB30 CAAD9? That might be the only way I can afford one :)

Just get the CAAD9 5 complete bike and part out everything you don't want.

The CAAD9 with 105 is going for AU$2800, the 105 won't sell for AU$1000ish.

After a bit of miss communication on my part and not having my phone with me, I recieved the frameset tonight. It came with a white fork with aluminum steer tube. I think I'm going to stick with it for a little while even though it weighs a ton.

I originally wanted 7900, but after hearing a few reviews that weren't great I might go with Sram Red. This won't happen for 3 weeks as I need to talk with my sponsors on trying to get a group to me.

I'm also debating on what kind of stem. Should I go with a Pro Vibe (like the one pictured) with -10 or a Thomson Elite X2 with -17? I'm thinking the Thomson would look better with the -17.

Here are some pics. In person it looks amazing and I'm excited to try out BB30/SISL
