Very nice :)

What stem is that to be exact (I know its a Ritchey) ? I'm looking for a stem with an angle which makes it rather horizontal. So far the only one I've found the the 3T Team with a 17 degree angle...

Ritchey 4-axis +/-17. I switch back and forth between that and a +/-6 depending on the time of year and amount of stretching I do. I'd actually prefer something in between.
