Hey,
You did a really nice job. Take a look at the KMC brakes. Their prices are a lot less than the zero's and they're lighter. Other than that, I think you're looking at handbuilt wheels, fork or sram reds.
I swapped out my shamals for a set of hand builds. They came out 200g lighter, stiffer and for a lot less money. Did it with aluminum clinchers.

What's the issue with the KMC chain. I like it whole lot better than the campy chain I have on another bike.

I just bought a cervelo R3-SL in 56cm. About to start all over again. Can you tell me the weight on your 54cm frame alone.

Flip the stem and lose the spacers + 10mm of steerer tube, that's probably 10g saved for free, and it makes your front end stiffer.

Lighter bar tape and end caps might do it. I think the Deda carbon-look ones are lighter. Alternatively real carbon ones are even lighter.
