I read Bernard Hinault's book. Read some stuff on the internet that confirmed what I read so I tried it out.

I'm still too short on the stem I think and could perhaps have a cm more setback. I'm learning about what works for me now.

Going to get back on the Retul once I feel I'm in the right place to see what my body is doing.
