Heres a picture of my updated CAAD 8. I've had it for about 15 months. Its still going good after 10,000 kilometers.

Today I picked up my first carbon tubular wheelset. Reynolds DVUL46. I was in debate whether or not I should get the dvul46, or sdv66, or edge 1.68. I decided to get the dvul's because they would be a better wheel if it were to be windy.

The bike weighs 7.2 kg (including everything in the picture), which is pretty good for a alu frame and a standard saddle. sorry for the indoor picture.

That is a bad ass looking bike!

What handlebar is that? Is that a -17 stem?

Next time you cruise the Bay Area hills can you kiss the ground and say 'Hi' for me? I miss the bay (>_>)'sniff

Its a 54cm and im somewhere between 5'9 and 5'10

The build list:
frame- caad 8 54cm
fork- cannondale slice premium plus
drivetrain- campy record
bar- ritchey wcs alu classic
stem- ritchey 4 axis -17
seat post- ritchey wcs alu
saddle- selle italia genuine gel
bottle cages- tacx
cassette- ultegra 14-25
chain- ultegra
pedals- look keo cro-moly
computer- cateye strada
racing wheels- reynolds dvul
training wheels- mavic open pro/ ultegra hubs
racing tubulars- continental competition 22mm

I think its a pretty basic build, i find it to be very dependable sturdy build.

Nice wheels, I run the same thing except I run Conti sprinters. The wheels handle great. I wish I rode them more, but it does not make much sense for me to train on them.
Awesome bike as well, I had a CAAD 7 for quite a while. Now it is hanging up in my basement.
Any issues running a shimano cassette and chain with the campy set up? My teammate has a full campy group and will only run shimano chains as he claims it is quieter and shifts better. And another teammate runs a dura ace ground with a campy rear wheel, with a campy cassette (it was free). Both seem to have no complaints.

I haven't had any problems with the shifting. The ergolevers have taken some beating so the shift clicks aren't as strong as when they were new, but that hasn't anything to do with the shimano cassette/chain.
