I'm very pleased with the weight considering I went to some heavier parts last year for either availability, durability or better functionality. I'm still very pleased with the changes.

M2 Racer pedals (99 grams) to Time Ulteam Carbon Titanium pedals (182 grams)
Easton SLX fork (283 grams to a Alpha Q GS30 (302 grams with the insert glued)
